Crisp with subtle flavors of pilsner malt (graham cracker), this beer is a clean and easy drinking lager. A touch of noble hops, (spicy and herbal) lend a hint of bitterness and complementary flavors. We mash this beer at very low temperatures and add 30% flaked rice, which makes it light on the palate and very dry. However, it lacks not in flavor; this light lager is both approachable and sophisticated. This beer is as pale and bright as a New Mexican sunrise.
