Our flagship vodka begins its life in our brewhouse where we start by brewing a beer with organic wheat, barley, and rye malts. At this stage, the base tastes a lot like a German hefeweizen. After it’s run through our still, the resulting unfiltered vodka still maintains trace characteristics of the grains: the smoothness of the wheat, the sweetness of the barley, and a bit of spice from the rye. Perfect in a Dry Martini with a twist. Best consumed while playing a high-stakes games of baccarat (or giant Jenga in our taproom).
