Honey Hibiscus Wheat

An American style wheat beer that begins with barley, wheat and oats, then steeped to the point of pinkness with hibiscus flowers, zested with lemon peel, lightly hopped with centennial hops (floral and citrus) and spiced with cinnamon and coriander. Lively flavors, a slight tang, and a crisp finish (from the locally produced honey – thank you bees) make this ale a delicious thirst quencher on its own or as a mixer for an innovative cocktail.
