This is an old-school, throwback IPA inspired by the irreverent American hop addicted pioneers of the early 90’s. (Remember? Back when Anchor Steam was cutting edge, and “dank” wasn’t even part of our vocabulary?) The hop-forward aroma of our IPA is like a spring breeze rushing through a citrus grove, and its aggressive bitterness is tempered by a hint of caramel sweetness, which fades into the dry and piney finish. With over 3 pounds of centennial hops per barrel, it’s as bold and hop-forward as any of the new kids on the block. Best consumed while playing frisbee in a light drizzle on day three of a music festival.
