We designed this spring seasonal brew to honor and satisfy Jason Fitzpatrick, one of our founders. We try our best to channel past generations of Irish brewers, publicans and punters when we brew this staple ale of the Emerald Isle. Deceptively low in alcohol, this “sessionable” black beer has a creamy mouthfeel with bittersweet roasted flavors reminiscent of coffee and chocolate. We use a blend of traditional roasted barley, dehusked black malt, and flaked barley to ensure that our Irish stout is bold and chewy without being too bitter. Best consumed while whistling and wearing at least a hint of green. Sláinte!
