Busy is a Santa Fe based award winning vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and producer who has fronted several popular bands in her career. She’s a singing-songwriting teacher, has produced numerous music events in Santa Fe, including the world renowned ‘Make Music Day’. Busy has performed vocals on over 100 recordings and albums, the vocalist/narrator for NDI shows for 4 years and is proud to be serving her third term as a New Mexico Music Commissioner.
Busy is joined by bad-ass Bassist, Susan Hyde Holmes, who plays with a wide variety of well known musicians from Bill Hearne, Tony Gilkyson, Shannon McNalley, Joe West, David Berkeley and her own band The Alpha Kats. On Piano/Keyboards is the soulful Robert Muller, an in-demand modern pianist, who plays bebop, pop, hip hop, jazz and anything he wants, he is the 2024 recipient of New Mexico Music Award’s Eric Larson Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition to performing with Busy, Robert also performs with Grammy Award winner; Larry Mitchell, Albuquerque’s Queen of Soul, Hillary Smith, Ron Crowder, Rodney Bowe.
