Andrew joined the company in October 2018 as lead brewer. Born in Houston, Texas, a graduate of the University of Houston: Conrad Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and the American Brewer’s Guild School of Master Brewing, he has been a professional brewer since 2017 and an avid homebrewer since 2010. Moving to Santa Fe in January of 2016, Andrew left behind his career in alcohol sales and distribution to pursue his passion for producing quality craft beer on a commercial level. After working at Santa Fe Brewing Company and Blue Corn Brewery, Andrew obtained the skills and experience necessary to brew beers of an exceptional quality and consistency. Andrew’s favorite beers are hop-centric India pale ales, American Sours, and Czech pilsners.
