Tumbleroot Brewery & Distillery is proud to announce the launch of Tumbleroot Table, a new food program bringing bold, global flavors and inventive culinary pairings to Santa Fe’s vibrant food and drink scene. 

Led by acclaimed local chef Rainbird Taylor, Tumbleroot Table celebrates the creative intersection of cuisine, craft brewing, and distilling. The evolving menu showcases globally inspired dishes thoughtfully crafted to complement Tumbleroot’s signature spirits and brews. 

All dishes will be served on handcrafted ceramicware made by Paseo Pottery, owned by Jason and Angela Kirkman—co-founders and owners of Tumbleroot. It’s a creative touch that brings the whole experience full circle, tying together food, drink, and local craft.
