The distillery’s Navy Strength Gin won the coveted Master Medal, the highest honor in its category, solidifying its status among the world’s finest gins. Judges’ Tasting Notes from The Gin Masters 2025:
- Navy Strength Gin: “Extraordinary! Bourbon Vanilla & oloroso sherry character – salty, toffee apples & candied walnuts. Balanced out by thyme and lemongrass. Exquisite finish of treacle and redcurrant and tingly black pepper finish. The alcohol integration deserves a pat on the back.”
- High Desert Gin: “Slightly citrusy nose. Hint of pepper comes through, delicate and soft. Nice finish and a very pleasant gin.”
- Botanical Gin: “A bouquet of heady flavours include salted caramel popcorn. Good mouthfeel and pleasant finish.”
