Our Farmhouse Whisky begins as an unhopped version of our Farmhouse Ale, a Belgian style which is made from organic barley, wheat, and New Mexico blue corn. After distillation, it was aged for a year in brandy barrel and then additional six months in a rye malt whisky barrel. A blend of honey-sweet malt and grain notes, hints of citrus and spice, and layers of subtle barrel character make a whisky that is both rustic and sophisticated.
