Strangers from Afar
Strangers From Afar is a psychedelic/indie rock band from Santa Fe, NM. Songwriters Rachel Fredell & Trey Corkern joined forces during the pandemic lockdown, leading to their 18 song self-produced debut album, “Pause & Effect”; released in 2022.
Adding multi-instrumentalist Carson Barry, bassist Clark Libbey & drummer Mikey Hale to their lineup, they are touring their new album, “Psychedelic Chauffeur”, recorded at The Kitchen Sink in Santa Fe and released in the fall of 2024.
Recent shows include Meow Wolf, Santa Fe Plaza, Tumbleroot Distillery, Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Mineshaft Tavern and Beer Creek Brewing.
