Roka Hueka (Row-Kah-Way-Kah) is Denver’s premier Latin Ska band. Born in 2014, its members originate from Mexico , Colombia and the US. Roka Hueka’s music draws on influences such as Cumbia, Funk, Reggae, Soul, Punk and traditional Ska.
Celebrating 10 years Roka Hueka is currently traveling to different cities inside the US with “Diez y Pa’Delante Tour” ( Ten and Going Forward Tour) Roka Hueka has been named one of the Top Ten Latino bands in Colorado and has been featured on the cover of Westword Magazine.
NOHE Y SUS SANTOS
Nohe Y Sus Santos is a genre bending Latin band from Santa Fe, NM delivering fresh vibes of Cumbia, Rock, Pop, and a variety of Latin grooves. They’ve captivated audiences across the United States and Canada with their vibrant performances. Led by Honduran vocalist Nohelia Sosa, and supported by Randy Sanchez on guitar and Dennis Javier Jasso on drums, this powerful trio brings an infectious energy that gets crowds dancing and spirits lifted.
LOS DOMINGUEROS
Los Domingueros are New México’s premier Latin Ska and Cali Reggae band! Blending Latin Ska, punk, Cali reggae, Rock and a little bit of Cumbia, the band has created a borderland sound that is sure to get everyone moving. In their short time as band they have had many achievements including playing with Legends such as The Marley Brothers, Tropidelic, The English Beat, Panteon Rococo, Save Ferris, The Mad Caddies, Through The Roots, and more. The band has been nominated for several NM Music awards as well as NM Entertainment magazine top Latin act nominations and have even appeared in video game soundtracks. Los Domingueros are currently prepping for their first west coast tour to help promote their upcoming debut album and had the honor of working with Audiomech (Mgk/Travis Baker) on it. The band proudly includes world touring great John “Dino ” Andino of Thrash legends Tourniquet on bass. Drummer Grant Mcdonald is a young promise and drums for the National Guard when he isn’t playing theaters and festivals with the band. Combine that with Ciudad Juárez native and Singer/Songwriter Josué Urrutia’s soulfull, melodic vocals and hopeful lyrics and you get THE Latin Ska band that you will definitely not want to miss!
