Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy

At Tumbleroot, all ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, including for illness or unforeseen circumstances. However, tickets are fully transferable, meaning you are welcome to give or sell your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot attend.

To transfer a ticket, simply provide your friend with your ticket or confirmation email. No need to notify us in advance—just make sure the new attendee has the ticket for entry.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at Tumbleroot soon!

Doors open one hour before showtime for most events. Tumbleroot is a mostly standing-room venue. Limited seating available. See event description for show start time. Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for all shows.
