We set out to make a high proof, barrel aged gin that would be a versatile mixer and distinct from our other gins. As we brainstormed and combined flavors, we realized we were creating a flavor profile similar to chai. So, we used this Indian tea as our template. In addition to NM juniper berries, our Navy Strength Gin is distilled with coriander, ginger, cinnamon, orris root, Darjeeling tea, licorice root, vanilla bean, black pepper, green cardamom, and allspice.
